Ireland is set for a "good deal" of dry weather with high pressure building over the coming days, according to Met Eireann.
The national forecaster says there will the odd spot of light rain or drizzle at times, but overall it will be mild and dry.
Today (Tuesday October 29) will see some bright spells and and light drizzle at times.

A Met Eireann forecaster said: "Mist and fog patches will gradually clear through the morning to leave a dry day for many with limited bright spells and just the odd spot of light rain or drizzle. In the west and northwest patchy rain will move in through the late afternoon and evening. Highest temperatures of 13 to 15 degrees in light westerly or variable breezes.
"Mostly dry overnight with some clear spells, especially in the southeast. Some rain and drizzle too. Lowest temperatures generally of 7 to 11 degrees in light southwest or variable breezes with mist and fog patches developing."
Tomorrow (Wednesday October 30) will be a mostly dry day and temperatures could even climb to 17 degrees:
"Largely dry albeit a mostly cloudy day with just a little light rain and drizzle. Highest temperatures of 14 to 17 degrees in light southwesterly or variable breezes."
Thursday (October 31) is Halloween and, for now, it looks like it's good news for trick-or-treaters on the weather front.
Met.ie says: "Staying mostly dry and mostly cloudy with limited sunny spells. Still some patchy light rain and drizzle at times. Highest temperatures of 13 to 16 degrees with mostly light southwesterly winds, moderate near northern and western coasts."
Friday (November 1) will see light rain affect parts of the country but overall it will be a dry day:
"Mostly dry with some sunny spells. During the evening a band of light rain will begin to push in from the northwest. Highest temperatures of 13 to 15 degrees in light to moderate southwesterly winds, fresher near northern and western coasts."
