David Raya: Some early moments where a high press from West Ham looked threatening but he dealt with those well. Hardly a thing to do after Arsenal went in front. 7.
Ben White: Registered an assist for Rice's goal. Inverted more than usual to allow Kiwior to stay wide in the first half before showing relentless intensity to keep getting up the right side to support the attack in the second half. 7.
William Saliba: Broke the game open with his goal from a set piece. Had been a real threat prior to that. Did well to keep Bowen quiet throughout. 7
Gabriel: Another set-piece goal for the Brazilian who now has three in four. Bullied Bowen the whole game and helped ensure Arsenal stayed defensively switched on throughout. 7.
Jakub Kiwior: Defensively solid in the game and looked better for not being asked to invert. Actually put in some decent crosses in the final third too. 7.

Declan Rice: What curse?! Two assists against his old club, the first of which broke the game open for Arsenal. A willing option throughout at the base of the Arsenal midfield and key to the victory. Saved the best moment to last with a superbly taken long range strike before being subbed. 9.
Martin Odegaard: A couple of assists for the Norwegian, whose playmaking exploited the many spaces in the West Ham defence with aplomb. 8
Kai Havertz: A good threat from set-pieces as Arsenal looked to break the game open. Some decent involvements in moves as Arsenal picked apart the West Ham defence. 7.
Bukayo Saka: Showed such character to step up and take the penalty after last season. Now the youngest player to hit 50 Arsenal Premier League goals. A well-taken goal in the second half for the England international who didn't let up until he was taken off just before the 70 minute mark. 9.
Leandro Trossard: Played the false nine role to perfection, popping up almost everywhere on the pitch. Helped pick apart gaps in the West Ham defence and added a superbly taken goal to boot. 8.
Gabriel Martinelli: A few decent crosses early doors from the Brazilian who seemed to enjoy the spaces West Ham left. Swapped roles nicely with the rest of the front three. 7.
SUBSTITUTES -
Eddie Nketiah: Quiet after coming on when the game had already been won. A few decent touches. 6.
Mohamed Elneny: A few decent shots from range from the Egyptian. He was efficient as ever in possession. 6.
Reiss Nelson: A few nice dribbles from Nelson who got a bit of roughing up from the West Ham defenders. 6.
Ethan Nwaneri: Nice to see Arteta hand a youngster a chance. Didn't look out of place after coming on either physically or technically. Amazingly he's still only 16! 7.
Cedric: Solid after coming on for his first Premier League minutes of the season. 6
