Top Boy fans were over the moon when Barry Keoghan made an appearance as an Irish gangster in the final series.
The popular Netflix drama recently returned to screens this week and fans were surprised to see Barry's character - a gangster called Jonny who becomes Sully's (played by Kano) main drug supplier. Fans also got to see Barry act alongside Irish actor Brian Gleeson - who starred in Frank of Ireland and Bad Sisters.
Barry's character, Jonny, committed several terrifying and brutal acts in the series but fans were just happy to have the actor on their television screens. He is eating everything up, total 90 actor, impeccable stuff."

Fans had to wait over a year to catch up with drug dealers Dushane (Ashley Walters) and Sully as they fight to survive on the fictional Summerhouse estate in Hackney, London. The previous series ended with the shocking murder of gang rival turned protege Jamie (Michael Ward) by Sully, which wrecked Dushane’s retirement plans.
The show originally began on Channel 4 in 2011, where it ran for two seasons before being dropped and later revived by Netflix for its three-series run. The synopsis for the latest season reads: “Sully’s actions at the end of the last series have rewritten his business rules with Dushane. As new shared problems arise, everything they’ve built comes under threat from forces outside and within their empire. Can they coexist by the rules of the road they’ve lived by their whole lives in a world that is changing before them? Or can there only be one Top Boy?”
